Another interesting article on coupon
usage from Nielsen. Here are a few interesting facts:
- 83% of units purchased with a manufacturer coupon in 2009 were done so by 22% of households.
- 38% of "super heavy" coupon users & 41% of "enthusiasts" come from households with incomes greater than $70,000.
- In 2009, households with incomes greater than $100,000 were the primary drivers of coupon growth.
