GAH! I did it again; I forgot to post a recipe this morning! So I logged on & saw that R.W. Knudsen had posted a link to their Sweet & Sour Chicken Cutlets recipe on their Facebook wall. It looks insanely easy (& yummy), so I decided to post it for today's recipe. If you try it, let me know.
