Lynnwood Borders Closing Sale

As I've previously mentioned, the Borders in Lynnwood, WA is closing. Their sale has been going on now for some time, but the discounts are greater now. Prices are slashed 30-50% & there are no longer any exclusions (books, DVDs, CDs, & more). Store fixtures & equipment is even on sale.

If you're a bargain hunter, head over there soon! I've heard it's getting somewhat picked over, but you should find some bargains on what is left.

If you haven't heard, the Lynnwood Borders is closing. Today (Saturday, Feb. 19th) they are having their big closing sale. Everything will be 20-40% off (with a few exclusions) & you can use your Borders Rewards Benefits to accrue Borders Bucks.

The fine print says that credit cards will be accepted, however personal checks & coupons will not be. All sales are final & no adjustments will be made to prior purchases. Note that merchandise is available while quantities last.

Additionally, through 8/5 you can get a free backpack with any in store purchase of $40 or more. It's not as good as the free backpack deal from Staples, but if you don't want to mess with a rebate & you need some stuff at Borders, you may as well get the free backpack. If you don't need it, donate it; there are always needy children who could use a new backpack for school.
