As we all know, clerks make a habit of making their own rules up about redeeming coupons. Mamacheaps had a bad experience last week at CVS & wrote to them. She got a reply from them with the couponer's Holy Grail....a written coupon policy!
If you shop at CVS, click here to go to her link & print out the policy. File it in your coupon stash & keep it with you when shopping there. Note that like Rite Aid, they clearly state you can use a BOGO coupon on a BOGO sale, getting both items free (just paying applicable tax).
