Wee Cycle Passes Giveaway

In various parts of the US, community consignment sales are very common. Here in WA, that isn't the case. I participated in one about 2 years ago & it was the first & last time the organizers did it. I suppose the turn out wasn't enough to justify their time.

I've heard that OR has many more of these events, & the Wee-Cycle Children's Consignment & Scrapbook Sale will be on April 1st & 2nd in Portland. Consignors can earn up to 80% commission or simply shop the same & snag some bargains!

I love the idea of these sales because a) it's a thrifty way to get needed goods & b) it's good for the environment (buying gently used items means less natural resources are used to manufacture new goods).

Wee-Cycle has graciously offered 2 BMIM readers 2 passes (shop with a friend!) to the Consignor Pre Sale on March 31st from 5:30-8pm. Shopping the pre sale means you get the best selection! At the event I went to 2 years ago, I snagged a Lilly Pulitzer cardigan for my daughter for $6!
