First, Shnoop has the TomTom 140S for $59.99. That price is really unbelievable. This is a refurbished unit & you'll pay a few bucks in shipping, so keep that in mind.

Next, Target has the TomTom 130S for $79.99 with free shipping. It's a bit more, but you're also getting a new unit.

Both have the same size screen, both have text to speech, both seem to have a ton of POI's, etc. There are obviously newer GPS units out there, but they will also cost a lot more. If you're looking for one, these TomTom units seem like a great bargain.
