Excellent Video on Organic Farming

I love, love, love this kid! He wants to grow up & be an organic farmer because he researched the conventional food system in our nation & was appalled by it. YES! It is appalling! My favorite quote from him is regarding the higher cost of organic food items: "We can either pay the farmer, or we can pay the hospital."

It's worth a watch. He's cute & he knows more about this subject than most adults I know. Kudos, Birke!
