Here is a recipe from the Food Network for an easy crepe batter. I haven't tried them with raspberry jam filling like the recipe states, but I might have too soon. I love Nutella & bananas in crepes; the Nutella gets all melted...yum!

Crepe Batter
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon fine sea salt
Blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
