Tasty Tuesday

I almost forgot to post a recipe today! Sorry about that. Let's talk crepes. They are delicious, easy to make, & yet seem so fancy. Plus, you almost always have the ingredients on hand for the batter & there are a million different options to stuff them with.

Here is a recipe from the Food Network for an easy crepe batter. I haven't tried them with raspberry jam filling like the recipe states, but I might have too soon. I love Nutella & bananas in crepes; the Nutella gets all melted...yum!


Crepe Batter
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon fine sea salt

Blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
