Pilot FriXion pens are on sale for $1.19 this week. But, use the coupon from the April Walgreens coupon book & take a dollar off. Here's how you can make money on this though:

Buy 3 pens = $3.57
- $3 (Wags coupon, will subtract $1 for each pen)
= 57 cents + tax

Then submit for the $4.50 rebate that is on the back of the pen packaging. That means you're getting 3 pens for free plus making $3.93 after coupons & rebate!
