Sorry guys....my afternoon was crazy so I didn't get a recipe posted earlier today. However, look at this amazing recipe for Hearty Potato, Leek, & Spinach Soup. The totally, utterly fabulous thing about this soup is that you drizzle it with truffle oil. Come on, truffle oil is like a non scary MSG; it makes everything taste better!
