UPDATE: The Safeway in Mill Creek has these items priced at $13.99, however they still adjust down to $9.99 WYB2. Also, it takes a while for your eCoupons to load to your Club Card, so give yourself a few hours before you head out to Safeway. Mine weren't showing up, so I didn't buy the items, but will head back out later.
